Experience That Counts
Through my years of experience working in the talent space, I am convinced that the secret to business success is through front line leadership. Front line leaders alone are in a position to inspire outstanding performance. They are the key leverage point for retention, performance, and productivity.
There are many great firms offering coaching to leaders to enhance their effectiveness. And, many companies are available to train internal coaches to work with those same leaders. My passion is to train every people leader to be a great coach...to be the type of leader that inspires greatness in others.
By helping leaders strengthen their skills in coaching, feedback, and problem-solving, I have seen first-hand how their direct reports raise the bar in their own performance. I have a passion for helping 'flip the switch' for leaders, keeping it simple yet profound, helping them to become the leader they always knew they could be.
