Lance Dublin is a management consultant, speaker, and author based in San Francisco, California, serving clients worldwide. His focus is organizational learning and change management. He specializes in strategy development, program design, and implementation for organizational learning programs and change initiatives. He has more than 30 years’ experience in adult education and training, communication and change management, and organizational design and development.
