Marilyn Oyler has coordinated the collaborative development of the nationally recognized Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitation curriculum and national training system offering (ToP) training through a network of 140 trainers to more than 20,000 people all across the United States. She brings more than 25 years of experience in facilitating participatory strategic planning retreats and other organizational change efforts in seven nations with more than 100 organizations covering the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
