Thomas G. Kessler, DBA., CISA, has over 30 years of experience as a manager, strategic planner, and information systems specialist. He was a consultant to more than 30 federal agencies from 1996 to 2006. Prior to establishing his own consultancy, Dr. Kessler worked for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and the Maryland State Judiciary.
