William J. Rothwell is professor in charge of workforce education and development in the department of Learning and Performance Systems on the University Park campus of the Pennsylvania State University, where he leads a graduate specialization in workplace learning and performance. He is also president of Rothwell & Associates, specializing in train-the-trainer services.
