Free Book Excerpts
At Berrett-Koehler, we're big fans of the 'try before you buy' method of book-buying. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we've created Free Book Excerpts in PDF format to give you a comprehensive idea of what's inside. Each excerpt contains the full Table of Contents, as well as any introductory material and the complete first chapter, giving you a clear understanding of the book's content, format, and style of writing.
With over 250 excerpts already completed, we're working to make this sneak preview available for all of our titles. Just click the Look Inside link at the top of each book page, do some advanced reading, and then make your own informed decision. Enjoy!
Berrett-Koehler books are often used as texts, and we are delighted to send complimentary examination copies to professors who are considering adopting them for their courses. Each book page has a link that says ' Professors: Request Exam Copy'. Just click on that link and fill out the online form and we will send you a free exam copy. Or you can fax in a request on department letterhead to (802) 864-7626. Faxed requests must include your full title, shipping address, the name of the course, anticipated enrollment, and start date of course. If possible, please include the ISBN in addition to the title of the book requested.
