Friends of BK Book Club members will receive a 35% discount until July 1st, 2016.  To claim your discount, simply enter the code your BK Book Club friend has given you during the checkout process! 

SHIPPING TERMS:

Free US Shipping: All orders within the United States are shipped free. Orders of less than 10 books are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders of 10 or more books are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground at no additional charge. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Rush shipping is also available by request for an additional charge.

International Shipping fee for Customers in Mexico, Central America, and South America: A $15.00 shipping fee applies for customers located in Mexico, Central America, and South America. This fee is applied to the first product, with an additional $5.00 fee per subsequent physical product.

Digital Products & Delivery Worldwide: PDF ebooks & digital products are delivered via email for free worldwide.

NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF US, MEXICO, CENTRAL AMERICA, and SOUTH AMERICA: Discount applies ONLY to digital products, not print products. We are unable to ship print books & products to customers outside of the United States, Mexico, or South & Central America, as Berrett-Koehler does not sell directly outside of these territories. International customers located outside of the US, Mexico, South or Central America are encouraged to order digital products instead of print products, as digital products are distributed for free worldwide.
