Catherine Lengronne, Subsidiary Rights Senior Manager, was born and raised in France. Already at a very young age the world outside was calling her. She developed a strong interest for words and foreign languages, and moved to Berlin Germany, where she lived for 20 years. She has now been residing in the San Francisco Bay Area since the end of 2001.

She started her carrier in publishing in 1998 with Aufbau Verlag in Berlin Germany, before arriving at Berrett Koehler in 2002. She really enjoys working in the subsidiary rights department where she finds her open door to the world, and with BK in general as it truly lives up to the ideas it publishes.

On a personal note, she is vegetarian and super health conscious, and very much enjoys singing and hiking. Meditation also helps her find calm after a busy day.
