He is the chairman and CEO of Allen Interactions, a company with East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast studios that build universally acclaimed custom e-learning, provide consulting on learning strategies, and train e-learning professionals in collaboration with ASTD. He holds a doctorate in educational psychology from Ohio State University and is an adjunct associate professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School, a popular conference speaker, and prolific writer on e-learning.
